“Colicello” is a family-run organic farm, situated in wonderful Molfetta - nearby Bari - and very close to the sea.
The farm enjoys the view of centenarian olive trees, the characteristic “trulli” (cone-shaped stone huts) and the traditional demarcation walls constructed manually using nothing but natural stone.
From our organically grown fruits and vegetables, we produce exquisite marmalade, delicious paté, syrup made from cooked figs and raw vegetable specialties conserved in olive oil.
Our wonderful extra virgin olive oil is also produced organically and endows bon vivants with an unmistakable taste and scent that cannot be found anywhere else in the world.
